You have to be able to get hard in front of a bunch of strangers and there's gonna be pressure on you to perform well. Plus you blow your load prematurely (I guess nowadays they use fake cum type of stuff to deal with that) and you're not going to make many friends in the industry and you will be yet another forgotten "porn star."
