   18 but they dont follow it basiclaly you see kids drunk often at least in lodz and warsaw. one time i saw a girl who told me she was 13 almost passed out from alcohol. on instagram another one proudly shared her drinking images or shots the potty mouthed trashy teen talking shit. also thst 15 yr old i met in warsaw i twlked sbout who threatened me with cops depsite being over the age of vontent and basiclsly sn alcoholic.
