I am kinda the same I don't have much or any experience using any of the proprietary stuff but I am trying to learn some of it
like for coding some people ONLY use certain things like node or QT and someone like me that codes all my shit in notepad++ I have no idea what the fuck to do or how to make anything like that. I am learning that a lot of it is all running off other shit in a massive loop which is why nothing ever works.
