He’s posted tons of pictures of the clubs and outdoor venues he frequents, anyone who knows the area could easily locate him.
A nice link to his ramblings here along with charges that resulted in his being exported from the US should be enough to motivate at very least a nice beating.
Let these guys, all of whom have mothers, some with sisters and daughters, deliver some vigilante justice.
He most likely looks somewhat like this now

Lata was arrested following a monthlong investigation by the Orland Police Department and the Glenn County District Attorney’s Office. Police were contacted in early May by the girl’s parents after Lata allegedly made “inappropriate” advances through her MySpace page.
The online conversations between Lata and a person he believed was the 12-year-old girl continued during the investigation, but Lata was actually communicating with Orland police Officer Sean Johnson, police have said.
Lata allegedly attempted twice to meet the girl. At the first meeting May 16 in Aquatic Park, Lata reportedly struck up a conversation with an undercover officer and asked if anyone had seen the 12-year-old. On May 26, police served a search warrant at Lata’s Chico home and seized four computers. -
