I don't have good fish recipies because I have an aversion to super salt and super fat added, here's my super secret fish recipie
Fillet it, keep the skin on if it's big, get rid of the skin if it's under 16inches. take your two fillets, skin side down on a buttered pan, don't use a fuckin layer of butter, like a lil slice just get everything covered a lil bit, put that bitch on, a small amount of salt, cover
4-7 minutes later, flip it and hit it with the smallest salt you can, i use a lil pepper, pour a drop of beer on them, cover
2 minutes, your finished with your seared lean fish, grab a fork and a small amount of tartar sauce, I always got lemons, so i hit them with lemon, served with a triangle of bread incase I fucked up and missed a bone so you dont choke.
Recommend pairing it with malt liquor, but that's only if you ask me.

Your 10 speed sounds like a good set up. I’ll take you on with the 6 speed Aisin if I can have 3.31 gears. I’ll bet we will find the extra gears aren’t going to buy you much. How about we pull an 18000 lb toy hauler cruising down the highway a 63 mph and say you get 9 mpg with your rig. Then we’ll go 70 mph empty and say you get 18 mpg with yours. Then we’ll climb a 7% grade towing and see how they compare. Then we can compare how they would do heading into a 20 mph wind towing at 55.
