When it comes to watches and belts, why is the perfect fit always between holes?

2023-06-09 at 9:35 PM UTCits not always between the holes, it is between the holes most of the time because of the hole spacing. you have one hole, then like 10 holes' space worth of belt between two holes, so the probability that the perfect fit will be at some point where a hole lies is unlikely, and much more likely for it to be at a spot where there isn't a hole.
the perfect fit is achieved by reaching your bodys equilibrium level of thinness with meth where you won't get any more skinny without actually starving yourself uncomfortably.
