    I mean, it could be nothing, but even if they're mild, depending on how frequently they occur, it could definitely be a sign of something to worry about. Not trying to pester you, just keep in mind that if they ever become more intense and frequent you may want to see a neurologist or doctor just to be safe.

    I actually never get brain zaps. The only time I've gotten them is when my previous stupid bitch of a psychiatrist took me off Nardil cold turkey.

    Never had them in day to day life, only on acid, well after peak. Interestingly they're primarily auditory for me, sounds like a sudden blast of static but uhhh, like not static. Like the textural element is white noise but there's integration happening. Like a bunch of songs playing and a bunch of people talking all at once but instead of just being noise they're all simultaneously intelligible. Not fun if it's too intense but kinda cool when mild.
