I mean I mostly watch Asian horror movies these days. American horror movies aren't really my thing. I recently watched Fear Street but that's aimed at teenagers. I did enjoy it aside from the cringy teen talk throughout the three movies. -

No, but seriously though: there's ethnic enclaves in every city of the western world. Expecting to see white people in an ethnic enclave is unrealistic. Where I live, it's an ethnic enclave too, but now things are changing because people are being evacuated from their houses so contractors can build new homes that are too expensive for the current population to rent. So there are more and more white people coming in. It's called gentrification.
The neighborhood I live in was designed for people from a lower socio-economic background, this used to be a neighborhood where nobody would willingly settle. Or at least, nobody who was white. But now times are changing. Nowadays you'd be really, really lucky if you're able to rent a house here. It's situated quite closely to downtown so that makes it appealing to many people.
If it was a far-away town then things wouldn't have changed, but far-away towns are usually inhabited by white people. Keep in mind, the Netherlands is at least 85% white. The 15% foreigners are usually located in major cities: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, the Hague and Utrecht. They don't really live down south or up north or in the east or central.
