I read a news article the other day (rather read the headline but didn't go any deeper) about a bill proposing the death penalty for rapists under certain circumstances...I guess they are too dumb to figure out that if you give the death penalty for rape then a lot of rapists are just going to go ahead and murder their victim anyway to get rid of the witness...if you are gonna possibly get the death penalty anyway you might as well...they can't kill you twice.

i dont think i am. how would one even hold down a chick or stop her from screaming and getting the neighbours to knock on the door? some chicks plus bite scratch plus while holding her with one hand being able to unzip your zipper etc. i dont think id be able to even if i wanted to or was that type of guy.
