    I've been drinking coffee since a kid and it has no effect on being able to sleep. I sometimes drink it before bed.

    Yeah, I've mentioned before I used to be a 2 POT a day guy...it never bothered me as far as "The jitters" or trouble sleeping etc goes...when I stopped it there were also no changes to my sleeping patterns or other behaviors.
