Am I still "on drugs"

which I did when I was doing TWEAK every day because I would use the lighter to smoke TWEAK but I haven't had TWEAK in weeks and sometimes I still bring the lighter over here

at what point does someone qualify as being "on drugs" or "off them"
I haven't done any in a month so does that mean i'm "off drugs" and if I do them in an hour how long will I be "ON DRUGS"

No, I understand it just fine. I am pointing out the idiocy of people saying i'm "on drugs" when I haven't done them in months or years. Like I started doijng TWEAK in july, binged for months and ran out
Yet the entire time people could sparsely tell I was fucked up, and would just say I was mentally ill when I was actually high as fuck.
But the years I was "off drugs" people said I was "on drugs" all the time and an addict and a junkie despite not doing drugs for years before july, When does someone stop being an addict or junkie? In NA they say you are an addict for life but I don't really believe their philosphy
I am just pointing out that none of you understand drugs or addiction and are clearly brainwashed by the government/media when you can't even give a basic definition of when someone is "off" or "on" drugs
I personally consider someone with a active blood concentration level of a mind altering substance to be "on drugs" with a bit of wiggle room, like if you do cocaine for a week straight and then stop suddenly, I would say you're "off it" after like a few days.
Pretty easy if you understand very basic shit, but none of you understand anything
so you just say i'm on drugs, which I am not. You don't even know what "on drugs" means or is, you don't know what drugs are
