Also the Agent was Asian and his English was terrible.

2023-04-18 at 2:13 PM UTCI had to go to the courthouse after my test to get a copy of my first divorce decree to upload as he said in my meeting "it didn't seem complete so just get me another copy". So I had to drive 40 miles, wait 2hrs and pay $7 for another identical copy to upload.

He said the pages were out of order...apparently Asians have a hard time putting 8 pages marked 1 through 8 in order...
He also said "I need them signing by the presiding Judge, not the District Clerk...when I got home and checked they WERE signed by the presiding Judge.
I guess he was a "diversity" hire. -
