It depends on my sleeping schedule. Generally I try to sleep after the pre-dawn meal, however what time I decide to sleep has a major impact on my sleeping schedule. If I sleep at 6-7a.m. or so, I will likely wake up before 2p.m., but I also had days these past few weeks where I would sleep between 3p.m. and 5p.m. and then I would wake up around 11p.m., way past sunset. Since I have no obligations at the moment, I don't need a proper sleeping schedule as of yet, but knowing I have to change it within the next few months, I think it's better to fix it before that moment comes so I can get used to it ahead of time. The only time I sleep before the pre-dawn meal, which also involves me skipping the meal, is when I am fixing my sleeping schedule by staying awake the entire night and day which means I will be too tired by midnight to wait for five more hours just so I can have the meal. For me, it's easy to do what I want for now. But for you, that's a different story. You can't get away with what I do, unfortunately. Also, I try to avoid sleeping during the day because I can only sleep once. That's why I never take any naps like other people do. I managed to screw up my sleeping schedule right after I had fixed it by accidentally falling asleep during the day when I decided to lay in bed. Absolutely bad idea. Or should I say "bed idea"?
