2023-03-26 at 11:54 PM UTCI'm not much of an anime guy, I like a select few. The first anime I watched was uhhhh 東京喰種. I loved it. I watched the live-adaption first though but it made me want to watch the anime. I am currently watching 呪術廻戦. About halfway through the first and only season for now. I am hoping to finish the rest of the season tonight.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

Did you translate it? Seems like it, since I just realized the title means "The Last Rain" and that's what it says here in the translation. -

You should check out 一人之下第一季 it's a donghua/anime that's *kinda* similar to 呪術廻戦 but also not really - more like I just feel like the mangaka behind JJK had probably seeing it. Got a similar vibe in that there's an underground world of people with magic powers but they ain't exactly about that curse-fighting life, more like that eachother-fighting life. Main character reminds me a lot of Gojo from JJK in that he's a cheeky little carefree git.
It's kind of a light xianxia kung fu thing set in a modern setting (the vid I posted was the S2 end credits). I'm currently wrapping up season 2, but there's 5 seasons total... mildly annoying though, because its hard to find the first 2 seasons in Chinese, and the last 3 are literally impossible to find in Japanese because they didn't receive a dub. Not looking forward to switching languages because I'm so used to the Japanese VAs at this point. -

2023-03-27 at 12:33 AM UTCPS: there's a Jujutsu Kaisen movie (Jujutsu Kaisen 0) and you should def watch that when you wrap up season 1 (if you haven't already - it takes place before season 1 so you could watch it first). Season 2 is probably gonna feature a lot of characters introduced in JJK:0. I think the story goes that JJK:0 was basically the test script for JJK - the mangaka wrote that first but he had to change things up to get the JJK we eventually got instead published. But it's cool because he used it as the source material in JJK, so its all just canon backstory to the conflict that's coming in S2.

I watched the movie a few days ago! I liked it a lot. I'm waiting for season two to come out which will be this summer. And yes, you are right, it did seem as if JJK S1 was the sequel even though it was the original, supposedly. Right now I'm watching 鬼滅の刃 with my brother. He's already up to date but we are watching the anime together and we're at episode 4 now. -
