    Love me some Boudin.

    I put mine in the oven for 25-30 mins...I've done it on grill before.

    I've gotten it from various places...HEB do a good one... but the best I had was in New Orleans at some side street bar/resturant I don't remember the name of.

    Nah , there are sub variety which has blood but blood isn't what makes it boudin. It is traditionally made with porn and or chicken , including livers

    i put it in a boiling water pot it was good as shit but im sure itd be good to crispen up that casing on the air dryer or skrillex

    I did mine for 25 mins in the air fryer (From frozen) and it was perfect...turned it halway through and served it with HP sauce for dipping

    I just microwave it; it turns out the same as boiling. Most things you boil / steam can be thrown in the microwave to no ill effect.
