i got frozen vacuum sealed tuna and salmon in the mail, the paper says there shouldnt be any air in the pouches but literary the package showed up a day late and theres air in most of them and most of the dry ice was gone.
litarary i think theyre gonna refund it but it still felt pretty frozen cause the fish doesnt bend. should i throw it away or cook it? literary i wanted to just sear the tuna but maybe if i cook it all the way i wont get the runs
