This is true and I've know a few but we don't have a good word for white trash like nigger. A regular black is not a nigger.

Per capita doesn't really mean anything, in a practical sense. It's just a word people throw out to try to obfuscate the fact that there are 10X more white criminals than black criminals. -

What's not "practical" about that??
What isn't practical is measuring statistics purely by %.
50% of murders done by blacks
50% of murders done by other races.
It's not quite telling the same story as when you include the per capita figures...
