"Flock flocks to their own" is an old Polish saying that originated in the Middle Ages. At that time, Poland was a country with a large number of shepherds who would often travel from place to place with their flocks of sheep. The saying was used to describe the tendency of sheep to naturally gravitate towards others of their own kind. Over time, the saying became a metaphor for the idea that people also tend to seek out others who are similar to themselves in terms of culture, language, and shared experiences. Today, the saying is often used as a reminder of the importance of community and the power of shared identity.
