talking about prostitution and law in poland and apparently the way it works is although prosituttion with under 18 but above the age of consent is frowned down upon its hard to enforce or not really enforced because the law states that if you use a pretext such as a threat or montary compensarion to get sex where the girl ie under 18 but above even 15 it is like a rape but only if she otherwise would not do it with you eo the girl herself would have to basiclwly bring chwrges and clsim she wouldnt not do it with you otherwise. basiclaly if shed already engaged in the sex trade and would do it regardless youd ruck her or not they couldnt enforce any sort or crime wgainst you.
