Of course it technically wouldn't be cocaine.
(I basically have a degree in herbology and alchemistry)
It is something I learned called eskinmo cocaine.
We learned in herbology class that tobacoo is actually good for you. It just has toxins in it. Like lead.
Long story cut short. Worked some simple magic and I'm graduating with an A+ in herbology.
I made a elevated form of Eskimo cocaine. A cooked type of tobacco product.
It looks all snow white "extract"
It has a energy effect since tobacco contains safole. Same things used to produce ecstasy from the bark of certain trees.
All the toxins are gone though.
And it was a TON.
So don't give me that tobacco is bad crap.
Nicotine is actually vitamin b called niacin I believe.
Now yes can I sell this as a "new" cocaine?
You know how you can technically get anything when dealing with drug dealers?
X pills are tested and sometimes have meth and caffeine and sometimes no x at all!!
This is safe though and healings. No real side effects.

And yes Eskinmos really do call there tobacco products Eskinmos cocaine so it technically is cocaine.

Best way is to advertise on some little know website you wish to sell lots of cocaine that have about 75% retards on it.
