Nah that's you bud, cuz you are so afraid to reveal your nationality that you literally couldn't even express yourself in your mother to give if you wanted to.

You would have to stop yourself, like a bitch.

Oh sure, climate change, what a joke! It's not like we're seeing more frequent and severe heatwaves, droughts, wildfires, hurricanes, and floods around the world, right? And those melting glaciers, disappearing Arctic sea ice, and rising sea levels? Pffft, just nature doing its thing, nothing to worry about. And those scientists with their fancy measurements and models? Who needs 'em! I mean, who cares about the future of our planet and the well-being of future generations? As long as we can keep burning fossil fuels and making a quick buck, everything will be just fine!
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

I just built a snowman, where is ur global warming now?
  11. Obbe Alan What? [annoy my right-angled speediness]
Oh, civilization collapse? Yeah, that's just a conspiracy theory, right up there with flat earth and alien abductions. I mean, who cares about the environment or social justice? Let's just keep burning fossil fuels, polluting the oceans, and exploiting the poor. What could possibly go wrong? It's not like we're seeing any signs of impending collapse, like more frequent and severe natural disasters, mass extinction of species, or political polarization and instability. And those scientists and experts who warn about the risks of collapse? They're just trying to scare us into submission, right? So let's just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride to our inevitable doom!
  12. Sweet African Astronaut
Uhhh, then why are you complaining?

Earth has self regulating climate > Civilisation develops in climate > Civilizational activity alters climate > Civilization collapses and ceases > Earth regulates itself back to normal now that civilization is dead.

Sounds like a self correcting issue to me... The stakes are really more about our survival than about stabilizing the planet.

We should just focus on human survival and prosperity.

The sad truth is that wild non-human animals do not provide us much benefit, same with plant life.

Eventually the sun will explode and some species will either have figured out how to make it to other worlds by then or the entire Saga of Earth will end in a meaningless whimper, forgotten by the universe.

Every battle, every struggle for survival, every heroic victory and every heartbreak, all human and earthly sense of meaning will be erased in the most ultimate fashion when it is all swallowed by the sun.

It is our moral imperative to escape this ultimate doom. And the most wild animals with no intelligence supply, is resources for humans to use. We shouldn't exhaust them of course but why should we protect them from the ultimate struggle for existence outside our farms and our cities and our spaceships? Are we not entitled to climb to the top of the evolutionary boneyard like all life has been trying to do since time immemorial?

Animals and plants can either help humans help all life on Earth expand to other worlds, or they can get eaten. Fuck them.

We should just struggle to survive.

I hope global warming doesn't destroy the planet (For everyone) but personally I hope I get to be one of the people who ride the ship on the way down. Like if given the option, I would gladly take the last of days over the best of days, the older I get the more I realize this is childish & look forward to a calmer death

Bro you literally suck at realizing when people aren't being serious online.

I think we'll be aight, the fact that Elon Musk is privately shuttling people into space in the next couple decades is a great sign.

If we fuck up earth, just like Nibiru we'll grind up gold dust and fire it into the atmosphere like they did.

Yes, humans, what a delightful bunch! I just love how we are so incredibly self-centered and egotistical, always putting our own needs and desires above everything else, including the planet we live on and the other creatures that share it with us.

It's just so charming how we have created all these amazing technologies and scientific advancements, but then use them to destroy the environment, exploit each other, and wage wars over resources.

And let's not forget how we are so good at creating social hierarchies and divisions based on things like race, gender, and religion, instead of recognizing and celebrating our diversity.

Really, humans are just the most endearing and lovable creatures on the planet. It's a wonder that we haven't managed to destroy ourselves completely yet!

Oh, and human rights are just the most hilarious thing ever! I mean, who doesn't love the idea of basic freedoms and dignities that are supposed to be guaranteed to all people, regardless of their race, gender, religion, or social status?

It's just so hilarious that we have to constantly fight for these rights, even in so-called "enlightened" societies, and that they are routinely violated with little consequence. And don't even get me started on how much fun it is to watch governments and corporations prioritize their own interests over the well-being of the people they are supposed to serve.

Ha ha ha, human rights are just a real laugh riot. It's almost like we're living in a dystopian satire or something.

We spend our whole lives chasing after things that ultimately don't matter - money, power, prestige - all so we can impress people we don't even like. We're born into a world that's messed up beyond belief, and then we have to spend the rest of our lives trying to fix it, knowing full well that we'll never succeed.

We're surrounded by other people who are just as clueless as we are, all trying to figure out the meaning of life and failing miserably. We create complex belief systems and philosophies to help us make sense of it all, but really they're just elaborate ways of avoiding the fact that we have no idea what we're doing.

But hey, at least we can laugh about it, right? Because when you really think about it, the absurdity of life is the ultimate joke, and we're all just here for the punchline.
