They wanted to do surgery on my jaw bone before hand with just novicaine and there was no fucking way. I have an appointment June 2nd to get a stray piece of tooth removed and see if the dentist is even willing to do them or if I have to go to a specialist.

i make good scratch tortellini and marinara. i make good scratch BBQ sauce. i make good crusty white bread (it's not as good in a regular house oven, ideally you have a fired deck oven at 575. most house ovens only go to 450.) i make good cheesecake. i can make perfect omelettes on a gas range, keep fucking it up with glass electric ranges. i make good mac n cheese, could probably say i make good scratch mac n cheese if i had a pasta press. i make great pancakes with interesting varieties, i prefer pancakes with oatmeal and eggs and just enough flour/baking powder to make it stick. i make great french fries, the real kind, fried floured frozen fried. i make great pies from scratch with fresh berries and stuff, or creme fillings. i make good wax bean casserole.

I made some pretty good BBQ sauce once, and when it comes to pie crusts, pizza crusts, and other dough I can usually hold my own pretty well.
I made some from scratch pancakes the other day that turned out really well. Nice and heavy the way I like them, and I can fuck up some crepes.

radishes have some chemical in them similar to piperine (black pepper) and capsaicin (peppers) or horseradish, but its a different kind of spicy chemical effect. i use the apples to balance out the tomato, so that it doesn't become ketchup. they have similar textures that after being minced and carmelized with the onions and stuff it gives it some thickness.
