Maybe Scotland due to their lack of density in their population and prospects of leaving the union in favor of the EU and this time getting it. I'm hoping to get there this year and will see for myself. Other than that Chile and Argentina are doing the best domestically it seems but I'm sure trouble will coom their way

Yeah scotland is pretty historically progressive in terms of social policy, because they only think about dealing with their version of what a Scot is. There are a ton of west Africans in Scotland now that have apparently integrated into the local economy pretty well -

Its neutral so it's unlikely it will get nuked and it's a hub for international banking and finance.
The awesome privacy laws makes it an attractive destination for individuals and companies looking to avoid taxes or hide assets.
Also, the swiss franc is probably the most stable currency in the world, not to mention its tendency to increase in value in times of trouble.
I would invest in franc myself but trading on forex or w/e is above my paygrade. I did read something about an ETF that was tied to the franc though. That might be a viable investment. -
