I filed a claim on their website and tattled on those bad employees of theirs and a district manager called to settle with me.
After explaining what happened he offered to have it all checked and fixed but I informed him I'd rather just be reimbursed for the oil change and for a new air enhancement and some plastic clips.
He said the manager I like is working today and to head up to Jiffy Lube and get a refund on the oil change and to go to the Auto Parts store and I can pick up what I need and have it put on their tab.

one time I had a diesel that dropped a wrist pin oiler tube into the crank and it broke a connecting rod , piston wrist pin and whatever else it needed to fix it and it only had like 2000 miles on the rebuild , it was a jasper rebuild and they were only 60 miles away and I called em to get free parts to fix it myself and they didnt wanna give me the parts so I told em I was teched in the head a smidge and ifn they didnt give me the parts I would paint every car in my lot with Jasper rebuilds sucks cock and line em up on the road in my yard for all to see. they told me to come on down and get the parts so I did
