in the middle-ages even serfs had to work less, had clearly defined societal boundaries and personal relationships and accountability within their communities.

autism is diagnosed purely symptomatically, and the primary symptom is lack of higher-level functions such as language and emotional reading. I'm aware, though, that your poor social skills are likely just a symptom of your narcissism and unwillingness to learn new things and mature as a person. -
