no, rights are given, bestowed, by a bunch of strong, masculine, righteous and just men and they put their lives on the line to ensure everyone including the weak and small have equal rights as they do.

Correct...as has been demonstrated multiple times by the collapse of several currencies...buy gold.
Personal story.
Last time I went to the UK I took the money I have left over from my previous trip to use. Unbeknown to me the UK had changed the 5 pound note in that time and the old one (The one I had) was no longer honored and also could not be exchanged for the new one at the bank.
I was sat with my dad in a cafe and he saw me pulling the 5 quid note out of my wallet and said "what are you going to do with that?" I said pay the bill "not with that" he said "it's worthless"...and it was. -

But following your logic gold also has no value as it can easily be destroyed by dropping it into a nuclear reactor. Since you are clearly a logical person, what are you going to do with all that worthless gold?
Still don't understand why you believe human rights would require belief in a higher power to exist? Do you ignore the human rights protected by municipal and international laws? Would you ever volunteer to exclude yourself from such protection, considering you don't believe you actually have any rights?
You still haven't demonstrated that human rights don't exist. -
