   I also basically feel this way about video games, movies, TV series etc.
   
   But porn is unique in that for most people it's an extremely private thing.
   
   I'll cut it short and just put it this way: about half (or more) of the time you feel like watching porn or masturbating, you should just tell yourself "nah". Not for any particular reason other than, when was the last time you exercised that option?
   
   Just (don't) do it. Present every jack off session to your own mental board of directors as a proposal. Ha e your mental board say nah like 60% of the time.

   I haven't sat down to watch T.V since 2012, I don't like sitting on the sofa watching it because it makes me feel lazy. I never wanted a T.V in my bedroom as a child for the same reason. I stopped playing video games in 2018 because I had exams to study for then after that it just seemed like a waste of time. I'm trying to get back into gaming but it really does feel like a waste of time.
