Trucking companies are practically offering to suck dick to attract workers, pharmacies are offering huge bonuses to attract pharmacists. So it's not all part time minimum wage jobs that are being added. What I'm seeing is people with so many options to switch job fields it is leading to increased incentives to attract workers. None of these things are bad.
