   Let's say hypothetically I was visiting Florida when a crazy person attacks and not only bites off my penis but swallows it.
   I catch the crazy person and the police have them detained but what happens now?
   This much have happened before... like legally speaking will the police take the dick eater to the hospital and it be removed whether they agree or not???
   If the dick eater doesn't want to have surgery to remove the dick then do I need a warrant to get it back out?
