   I know the hospital I lived in back in England called it's mental wing "Section 2"...being "sectioned" meant you were an involuntary inmate.
   
   Often the sectioned inmates would "escape" I had to tackle one when he broke into the trainee nurses quarters (where I was living with my g/f) and he was on the top floor throwing plates out of the window.
   
   My heroic deeds saved the day (and the remaining plates).
