This thread is for me to document the recipes I'm trying. If I'm feeling generous maybe I'll share progress pics of the dish.

Tonight or tomorrow I'm going to try to recreate the Starbucks kale and portabella egg bites.

I got a Texas shaped silicon muffin pan for Christmas and there's a heart on the top kind of recessed that will be perfect for holding siracha.

Heart problems, high blood pressure, and cholesterol run in my family so I don't eat much red meat. I do love a good butter rosemary seared steak tho for special occasions.

Sure. Is this some sort of fusion? Lol

I was lazy for lunch so I just cut up a turkey burger patty and put it on a salad.

Oh I have a quick easy lunch recipe too! Do you ever use the brand Mighty Spark? Their Bruschetta Chicken is delicious. I heat that in a pan with some spinach. Then put in a a spinach tortilla wrap with a spinach artichoke spread. Sometimes I will use beyond beyond burger too.

    For Tacos:
    -Chop cilantro
-Thinly slice poblano or long green pepper
-In a bowl toss 4 oz red cabbage, cilantro, 2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, and pinch of salt - Set aside
-Heat drizzle of oil in pan, add green pepper until softened
-Add 10 oz ground turkey - salt and pepper to taste then once browned add 2 tbsp of sweet soy glaze and remove pan from heat once meat is coated
    -Make spicy mayo to drizzle
We use small tortillas. You can add the slaw, crispy onions, extra cilantro, and spicy mayo to your preference.

My favorite thing to cook and eat is fajitas. Easy as fuck. Onions, peppers, choose your protein/filling, done. Even a retard can cook a piece of chicken or steak with some vegetables

Yeah but I'm from Texas. If I'm going to make that I'm going to grill it by the pool for my friends after a day of drinking or I'm going to buy it from the Mexican place down the road.

Good call tho, fajitas are dank

This is my go to quick lunch. I usually have romaine hearts on hand instead of endive.

I never have much time to cook at lunch so I also make seared zucchini to put in goiten free pasta with marinara and nutritional yeast instead of cheese.

Also clean your house by Saturday at midnight so you don't take any filth into the new year.

    According to Google there is…

The ultimate crowd-pleasing party food, this “Crack Snack” earned its name for a good reason! With just 4 simple ingredients — pecans, cereal, butter, and brown sugar — you can whip up this crunchy, sweet, and salty snack mix in a matter of minutes.
