I don't think any will let you do that, typically they limit how much credit you can have so they don't have to worry about people being on different pricing tiers when they change
I use mullvad, it only lets you buy a year at a time but looks like you can stack more than one, no idea what the maximum is though

I want make it so it is work for a long time if even I'm not here to pay in future
It's ok if I can subscribe but then there must be some way to just have like loaded prepay card or smth I can just load and leave
On plus side maybe this way it will be like even more than 10 year
I just had thought, maybe this would be only way to keep a service alife forn long time: big bank acco which accumulate interst steadily and then you attach a repeating payment to it via some long standing institution, lot smaller than interest accumulation, then like black box this account can just sit there and pay some small amount for even 100s of years.

Fiction idea, a rich old guy from old times of englond set up bank account in names of trusts etc controlled by no real entity and then have it pay out a small org of people who only maintain the account + execute will of original account guy.
Over 100s of years the interest accumulates significantly to outstrip the payments to the small org and the account balloons to insaneous sizes but no one can access, there's just small fee paid to org and bank just wants to keep the lump sum in their records cuz obv no one is using it and it's basically just "theirs" except on paper

Great great great great great great great etc etc etc etc grandson of rich guy is locadoed by money org to try to extract giant account money for a cut and stop long senseless blindly executed will of old guy that acts like a modern day "curse" driven purely by influence of money.
