But yah man eat beef fasho
I like to buy bulk chuck roasts freeze and thaw them them just cut them into bite size like stir fry pieces and fry them in a cast iron skillet. I like a good crust and prefer mine a little more well done than most do prolly. -

2023-01-05 at 4:06 PM UTCRick n I have been eating steak at least 20 nights a month for the last several years and I even stopped eating veggy's other than spinach and corn but only now and then and I lost weight and feel pretty damn good.
rick on the other hand is about to stroke out but thats his fault for not going to get his teeth removed . dumbass even has ins to get it done for free. but steak every night will not kill you, we get a whole slab of Ny strip steak and one full slab of ribeye every month, I cut it myself and we get 20 steaks each so thats 40 a month and we save about 8 bucks a lb for buyin the whole slab
ribeye is costing about 190 to 230 a slab and the ny strip is 90 to 130 a slab.
fun side note ,, you should see the envy of the ladys that watch me flop by huge ass slab of meat up on the conveyer, and yes I make it a point to really slap it down so everyone has to stop and lookThe following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

Sometimes they have 70/30 ground beef for $2 an lb, I'm going to my buddies tonight to hang out and change the distributor on my truck so I'll bring a family pack and make some patty melt for cool & the gang.
dang, I miss those prices, I'm paying 9 a pound for strip and 11 for ribeye and thats in 20 lb slabs, its 14 for strip and 16 to 18 a pound for ribeye -
