It's just a peice of shit tbh. I don't even like it but they purposely make appliances so cheaply and poorly anymore that no matter what you'll just have to buy a new one in a couple years. It's all garbage.
how old is your girlfriends daughter? Isn't she old enough to do the dishes? I've never understood parents who dont' give their kids an equal part of the chores so they can understand how to function in the world.
