   Later in court you will argue that you were at so-and-so bar and ordered one shot of whatever. You went to the john, came back, took your shot and after that everything was a complete blur.
   
   For extra measure you can hide any money you have somewhere in your car before you drive drunk, and use that fact of being booked in indigent as evidence that you had only brought 5 dollars with you with the intention of having one lone shot.
