Not if youre straight and white you cant. California is like hemorrhaging money and scrambling to figure out how to fix it. When i applied for food stamps 6 months ago, they granted me $10 a month and said i should be grateful bc some veterans getnothing. lol.

I got hypopigmentation from the laser on the areas she marked out so it's these thin white lines. I think it looks cool like Frankenstein's monster and it's mostly faded from my thighs since yesterday but I am worried that she'll cause it again in my next session and that it could last for months or become permanent. I'm wondering why I got hypopigmentation and not hyperpigmentation.
