They're called "Spinning Donut" last time I checked (and for at least 50 years now in California and Im sure most of the west)
there was gunshots at the end. is that to tell people the cops have arived and to take off (when shooting a gun off?)
then cars haul ass down the freeway. my guess going all directions away from arriving cops.
the air smelled like rubber. had to of been fairly close but living on a hill with sound bouncing everywhere in the canyon made it hard to tell what direction
they gave out tickets to like 900 people that had blocked in spectators in San Jose or someplace in the bay area the other day. impounded several dozen cars which cost 3000 each to bail out.
no way was I going to be noisy and go watch one live. but it's an erie as fuck sound.
and yes we spun donuts in intersections but like once or twice or maybe 5 times. TOPS. maybe 6 but no more. cept that time I did 7 or 9.
point being. do it then take off. don't sit there for half a fucking hour and turn it into some crazy guns and laser attraction as well.
they even get like 6 of their friends to block all lanes of the highway or a bridge and then start spinning on the bridge and shutting down traffic for an hour.
boredom is back -

Im told it was "invented" here in the Oakland area of the bay area (east bay)
not something I would be proud to say however people have been doing shit like this for decades and it only became a serious problem when they had phone aps for car clubs to first hook up but then tell their friends who told their friends and so on, that it now attracks 800-2000 people (sometimes larger) these days. not the 7-8 friends you had in 3 seperate cars and got bored of spinning in circles after 20-30 seconds of shredding tires. -

You do own the land as a co-op. everyone owns the land. however you have to pay a HOA fee to maintain the grounds, trees, swimming pool, gym, Sauna, grounds workers, new hot-tar roof every 10-12 years, Paint and paint upkeep. vacuuming the coridors and maintaining the elevator that is constantly used.
its like 700-900 on average for most condos. some newer ones in San Francisco I'm told are like 2000 not sure why, they're new and. they should be less. less upkeep in newer designs.
its why Condos are cheaper and look more affordable. you have to pay high HOA fees with your monthly taxes in your mortgage or if no mortgage and owned outright, you still have to pay close to a thousand (around here).
the lower prices than houses bring people in right away. but when they see that HOA fee, many people are like "Fuck that shit" and pull out. there is a cooling period before papers are signed I think. -

2022-11-20 at 10:13 AM UTCY would anyone ever buy a condo then? I guess some people dont mind not actually owning the land and im assuming there are caretakers and some ghey ass condo-owners club rhat says u cant do certain shit like put up flags or idk other random stupid shit my aunt lives in one and she couldnt even put lighta outside from her car to her door because of the gay ass homeowners grp or whatever in the condo neighborhood thing she lives in.
Sounds ghey but i imagine in cali and other places where land is scarce and expensive this is the only option besides renting really eh? -

laws are different in CanaDuh
it's a co-operative community. the land is owned in percentage (equal to each unit that stands above it)
so say a massive fire occurred. everyone is responsible for maintaining property insurance and will be expected to pay the co-pay to rebuild.
if someone can not, they will be forced to quick sell and allow an investor to come in to get the rebuild completed.
some have taken say 12-18 months to reconstruct. maybe 2-3 years if red-tape comes in (soil sample shows contamination, ground water dispersment, etc etc
some people rent their condos for the cost of the land tax and HOA if they own the condo out right which is like 1400 for the two if say a 500k-750k.
so a house cost 1.2 Million on average in this area of outer Berkeley and the village. but condos still go for under 800k
because of the damn HOA fees. but many people don't like doing yard work. I love it. it was always cool to plant new shit and try to get a shitty dried-up lawn to spring back to life without adding new sod or heavy seeding. just lawn patch and lots of fertilizers and punch air holes into the ground
people who don't care for yards but love the groundskeeping of trees and plants prefer to live in secured buildings with amenities without the hassle of paying or maintaining a pool themselves
I just hate going into the elevator and clearly someone boofed in it and shut the door real quick. like they must be calling an elevator when they got a nice ripe shit fart waiting. and boof in the elevator as the door opens and then hits the close door and doesn't set of the censor so it closes right away. then when someone calls for the elevator, usually having to take a piss from a long drive in traffic. they'll burst into the elevator when the car's doors open up. and walk into a wall of STANK!
this prank is getting old. I'm not sure who keeps doing it but it makes me just want to take the stairs -
2022-11-20 at 10:43 AM UTCI SAID IM TAKING THE STAIRS, PAL!

2022-11-20 at 10:50 AM UTCyeah I would imagine our laws are probably 10x more gay than Americans but our system is just a retard copy of literally everything made and done by Americans OMG DID U HEAR THE NEW KANYE WEST ON TWITTER? Except we just make it with 600 more random rules, kinda like california pollution laws.
But usually Europe is even worse than us, so we are like in the middle of the Kinsey scale and have to be really drunk before we agree to make CANNABIS illegal!.
Actually that might have all been our fault LOL oh shit wait it's still illegal in America though."At this point control on drugs and the people that used them in Canada was becoming a priority and as a result, a parliamentary meeting was held in 1923 to address drug legislation. At this meeting, more importantly at the very last minute, Health Minister Henri Severin-Beland, supported by Prime Minister Mackenzie King, added cannabis to the ‘Opium and Narcotic Drug Act.’"

You wont have to wait too long. it just happens.
a bunch of shitty stuff will happen too.
"Why did I just walk into this room. what am I looking for"
shit like that
waking up and every joint hurts for no other reason than you "Slept on it wrong"? or your shoulder just decides to make a loud pop sound and hurts like fuck
neck makes that grinding sand or two stones grinding together when you turn your neck.
just weird shit starts happening. a sudden urge to just take a nap really bad.
Get up to take a piss and finish off. climb in bed. cough or move your hip a certain way and you suddenly have to piss again.
hair leaves the top crown area or the forehead and decides to pop up out of your nose and ears and knuckles. -

it must of been painful to die old a former war vet and look at the US today and ask "What was it all for"
it's not liberal nor conservative anymore. both sides are run by lunatics. those older guys learn to poke fun at the harder times to stay in good spirits but to see this avalanche in all of that progress of making western nations stronger and more prosperous for us working class to just have the majority of tax burdens fall on us and retarded shit you could never imagine like Burgler tried to break into your house through a skylight, but falls through it and sues the people he tried to rob because it had some dry-rot and was unsafe for him to lean against it.
I honestly have zero reasons right now to drive into the City (SF). it was a great city at one time. but yeah, those old-timer guys had it better in many ways without all of the high-tech gadgets. they had confidence things will become a better and better place to be alive. -
