nothing wrong with those double wides if they're on your own property and you can put the manufactured home on a more solid slate foundation.
then add some cool modern facade to the exterior of the home. 50k for those things for a 2 and 1 1/2 which is fine for a single person or couple.
extra room as a pool room with pinball machines, tiny office, and maybe some old 1980s arcade in the cabinet (you can make yourself these days)
even a coffee table glass-top PacMan arcade with joysticks. you can put 1000 games on it with Pacman and original Mario 1,2 and 3, Zelda etc

North Reno. fuck the big city. then you just drive 40 miles south into "America's Biggest-Little City" and hit the clubs, play 20 dollars in penny slots, all you can eat buffet, get a coupon price room for the night, watch circus-circus acts (usually a free pass with a room you can still get for around 60 bucks with continental breakfast) Build a Pillow Fortress and fuck a hooker on it, get so drunk you wake up halfway into your stooper that you're camping out with homeless people in a tent city, sober up and the police are telling you to move on because the city is tearing down the said-tent city, realize someone dosed MDMA at a club you hit the following night and that's why you're dodging traffic on I-80 when you come out of your MDMA Blackout and Blacked-In
