Usually it's narcan for od case or transpoting and maintaining vitals with iv, prepping an iv for Emergency room.
THATS WHY YOU TAKE nursing courses first

Yeah it basically induces psychosis for me personally. I've done some research on this, and it turns out that it's not that uncommon. Roughly 10 days ago I took a single pill of it when I woke up. All the swelling in my gums went down, but my thoughts started racing and by the time I was on my way home from work I recognized a level of delirious paranoia that was exactly like the last time I had taken them. After a couple days of research I found several reports of other people having similar experiences along with scientific papers recording similar effects. -

I was on huge doses of methadone for like 4 years and ive been off it since 2018. It really isnt a life sentence if you have ur shit together and taper sensibly.
