   Really good video. Most white people don't have the balls to carry a video camera on the street in Africa, or stick one in the face of random nogs and interview them. I know I certainly didn't. This video is exactly what Africa is like though.

   That whole area used to be British East Africa. People there learn english in school and english is used for business and in politics. Most people there with any level of education speak english to an ok level (so about 1/3rd the population).

   the entire coumtry of india used to be british east indies too but i assure you they dont speak english in bengali.

   A lot of the Mexicans here in Houston don't speak English even thought they've lived here 30yrs.
   
   I just had such an example 30 mins ago...the guy who sweeps the parking area just came and knocked on the door and said "Speak Spanish"...I said "no I'll get someone who can".
