Originally posted by Rape Monster The side effects are mild. I used to get irritability but bupropion but that was at like 400 mg a day, you can barely feel bupropion at the 105 dose, it's literally just there to prevent breakdown of the bundy and potentiate it a bit.
Today was the first day I took two doses and I definitely think it helped my mood, and I could "feel" it working so to speak. I'm pretty familiar with lower dose DX from self medicating with RoboTabs, and it feels like an advanced, smoothed out version of that.
Still feels weird to be medically treated with bundy for a psychiatric condition lol
I'm on buproprion and I feel better than ever but my bf says I've been being an asshole. I also might have hallucinated one time. -

2022-11-06 at 7:35 PM UTCUpdate: this is good stuff. Day 2 of taking it, and the benefits are already apparent. I've been more motivated and productive and less stressed. I'm still taking some other supplements too, so the Auvelity probably can't take all the credit, but the more major positive changes I'm feeling has to be because of it.

Bupropion is a stimulant, a substituted cathinone I believe, and it makes many people manic or anxious. Works great for some people but I was never much of a fan of the irritability side effect (which is probably what's going on in your class) -

I will be getting this tomorrow. Novel antidepressant that starts working in the first week. The bupropion prevents the breakdown of the DX and enhances absorption. First oral antidepressant ever approved to start working in week one. Very few side effects.
I always knew DXM has antidepressant qualities. It works on NMDA like ketamine and can help repair neural pathways the same way.
Didn't you say in another thread that you and your doc were waiting on this? Or was that someone else?
Either let us know your response to it. -

It was probably me, it's fairly obscure it seems.
Today was day 2 of taking it. I have had far less "noise" in my head, no struggling with self deprecating talk and negative chatter and anxiety. I actually likened it's effects on my performance and behavior to a low dose of a stimulant like Adderall; not in a bad way, mind you. I didn't dread the day, and I greeted and spoke with more people than I usually do.
I plan to properly journal my results soon because I know a few people curious to know my experience with it. -

Yeah my psychiatrist is literally a shady jew guy with -berg at the end of his last name. He runs a TMS center and a ketamine program, as well as private practice. Dude just does everything video call and rakes in the insurance money. -
