   you could maybe also cycle through ProtonVPNs, they got a big list of locations you can exit from (configs for all are downloadable as a batch).
   
   ETA: i'd override the default route, and add a route for just the KF subnet, and maybe a couple of other test networks. you probably know how do this, but i can give you config lines if you want.

   this is way more insidious though; it just appears as though the site is timing out. These ISPs are acting as a cartel without any legal justification for what they're doing - they're acting unilaterally across state and national lines, as rootless cosmopolitans and international hyenas are wont to do.

    I checked standard DNSBLs and RBLs earlier but KF never looked to be listed.
    
    If ISPs didn't intentionally collude, I think the most likely case is that backbone ISPs have their own version of an RBL, a private, global 'abuse' list that they work off of. Given that some of the tranny brigade have hooks in Big Tech™, it seems feasible that one of them might've been able to add KF to that list and it took a while for them to realise it shouldn't have been on there.
    
    I'd doubt there will be official confirmation though
