I always knew DXM has antidepressant qualities. It works on NMDA like ketamine and can help repair neural pathways the same way.

I had similar feelings. I dunno if it made me feel
normal, I'm too weird for that I think, but it definitely felt like it was at least fixing something about me that was profoundly broken. Like I'd take a big dose to trip and be a sloppy robotic mess who can't walk normal, but once that wore off there'd be the afterglow and then for a couple days I'd just feel... better. Refreshed. Revitalized. Reinvigorated.

maybe you're one of the receptor types it has few side effects. thirst, weight gain, dry eyes. or you salivate and drooling while sleeping.
the side effects on the Rx site are much like the rest. they water them down, it could be this or that but ...

I took a form of Bupropion and would get most of my meds free from the doctor. the Rx Rep would stop by and bring sample packs. full 7 day packs. He throws 4 of these, 4 of those. Here try these.
Buspar I think was another. there was Geodon. (Thats a fun one, you feel like you're muscles play twister on you and you turn into a flesh pretzel)
some of them you go on and you get brain-zap effects. Brain Quakes are another term or brain shakes.
it goes up your spinal cord into the neck and back of the skull. it sucks, You're sitting on the toilet and you turn your head to get the toilet paper and ZAP. and then you feel it when you're coming off. and you have this bizarre two-day zaps that start to happen with High Blood pressure and it zaps with the heart beat for several hours. Im not making this shit up. you have to carefully ween off of them

The side effects are mild. I used to get irritability but bupropion but that was at like 400 mg a day, you can barely feel bupropion at the 105 dose, it's literally just there to prevent breakdown of the bundy and potentiate it a bit.
Today was the first day I took two doses and I definitely think it helped my mood, and I could "feel" it working so to speak. I'm pretty familiar with lower dose DX from self medicating with RoboTabs, and it feels like an advanced, smoothed out version of that.
Still feels weird to be medically treated with bundy for a psychiatric condition lol
