I had to use Lovenox (but they probably have newer meds now) and they asked if I was Diabetic and I said No, borderline why" and she said "I'm gonna teach you how to inject, just like Insulin shots. Pinch your belly and inject it into the fat 4 x a day. but the first one I had to do 2 and then 1 every few hours. they cut me loose. it's just a little gnarly but you'll be ok. kind of funny .. just laugh with it. Im sure you'll be OK.

   I would get a second opinion if it starts up because mine showed nothing twice and 6 months later I had a hard time breathing and thought I needed a nebulizer I would get at least once a year, but this breathing problem felt different. and they decided to do an EKG on me and the next thing I see 3 doctors looking at me through that little glass window through a door and then one came out and said "it looks like you have a blood clot in your left calve.
   
   and then they did that jell ultrasound and it showed something there and the next thing I was in a room getting my first dose of Lovenox and they then sent me home with a dozen shots x4 a day. you have to pinch your belly fat and jam that fucker in there.
