Elon Musk changes tack, now claims to be full speed ahead to buy twitter.

Elon wanted to buy twitter earlier this year, then seemed to change his mind when he realised he was paying way more than $200 per user. Twitter then took Elon to court to make him buy them at the original price, which Musk no longer wants to do.
Now Elon is banging on about buying twitter while also countersignalling The Narrative.
Is this an attempt to make the US ruling class step in and block the deal?
It's a high risk move, but they're almost certain to do it, especially if they credibly think Musk will do things like allow people to be exposed to dangerous ideas. -

I think probably some glue-who-keeps-the-system-functioning jedi sat down with Elon and explained to him real slowly why buying tweeter would be terminally bad for his health.
Elon tried to back out, didn't get anywhere, and now the jedis are going to cancel the deal for Musk as a favor.
Anti-trust and all that horseshit never mattered before, eg. when faceberg bought instagram or when microsoft bought linkedin. -

the actual reason they went after him is because he tried to start up a banking/finance company similar to Paypal but register it as some kind of internet services company so he didn't have to follow banking regulations. very naughty. -
