wishin i didn't fuck my life up but since i did i'm remaining really optimistic.
The other day I had to conserve my phone battery and I don't like to waste time so all I had was my brain, I tried to think effectively and it was quite hard, things would come to mind then be forgotten about. I was trying to organise things, remember deadlines and it was hard to know which area to focus on first. I had an hour to kill and thought about just thinking of affirmations instead, though I'm not sure if I believe in those, I tried hypnotising myself, reflecting on what's wrong with me like a self-therapy session. Anyway now I'm wondering if it's possible to create a filing cabinet in your mind, if it would help to organise your thoughts or if it's just another thought that will slip away.
