Since I've been working a steady job the last two and a half months. (i work ten hour shifts 4-5 days a week) I've been blowing up like the hawk. And it feels good. I've also been lifting weights a lil bit (not as much as I used to in the summer) but I realize just working I've made more progress than my weight lifting regime I was into in the summer.
I purposefully don't park my car that close to the store so i can awkwardly carry as many pizzas (they are big pizzas) to my car as possible. I work downtown, so a lot of deliveries are at bars, and I so I just walk them to the bars instead of driving, I turn my hat backwards, and walk down the street carrying them on one arm for as long as possible while shouting to drunks "hot pep coming through!"
I guess whats also helped is I eat 3 pieces of pizza a day, a salad, and a hamburger every other day, either from ihop or in and out burger. The only thing though despite my arms and legs getting bigger is that I have a beer belly, and I'm thinking about going vegan for a month and see what happens. I honestly think I'd have a hard time being vegan, but I want to try it for awhile, has anyone seen results from doing that, as far as losing the belly?
