   Speedy Parker Black Hole [my absentmindedly lachrymatory gazania]
   American police action plan for stopping the program for world government rule.
   
   I had a hard copy of this in 1993, one year after it was released. Read it or don't. But it outlined pretty much where we are now. It also spoke of things that at the time would have people making tinfoil hat remarks. Most of things are now known to be fact.
