Cloverfield 2. Proper Cloverfield Sequel being penned

   Though there have been 3 in the franchise, none were connected directly. Cloverfield will now have a sequel telling us what ever happen to the monster nuked!
   
   We need our own version of Godzilla-type flicks. this was an OK attempt but a nice build up of some spastic giant creature that is true American would be sweet.
   
   I think a movie about an AI giant Robot for smashing warzones and enemy combats that can also fly but is like 200 fucking feet tall and just smashing highrises and pushing them over would be a cool film. then a sequel where it makes its own army with its own hands somehow. or turns on America and Canada after destroying Russia and China. then like hangs out with Australians while gaining their trust but not really

   the space one came out in 2018. the one with John Goodman came out in 2015. so this will be the 4th installment but will be directly related to the original one while the other 2 were kind of reimaginations

   I know, it had that feel. that was kind of popular "Guerrilla" style filmmaking with 1st person/dream perspective.
   
   The Office (American version) does that shit and so did CSI and other shows. but I thought it was pretty cool because it felt like you're hanging out with them and all of a sudden you're running for your life along with them. long takes are hard to do. but the storyline seemed kind of adlib
