I remember some former nazi said that they didn't believe the reports of us productive capacity, and if they did they would have done things differently.
The Nazis couldn't even beat the Russians. Even if Britain and the US weren't involved, they probably would have lost anyway once they made the move on the Soviet Union. Without the industrial might of the US and the lend lease act if Germany had launched Barbarossa in mid April they likely would have taken both Stalingrad and Moscow. But just like Napolean holding them through the winter would have been their undoing.
Italy would have been more valuable as an enemy than an ally. German resources were squandered in North Africa and Greece due to colossal failure on tge part of Italy in both campaigns. Neither theater was critical to German victory in Europe.
The German command structure made coordination of resources and tactics between the Luftwaffe, Wehrmacht, Kriegsmarine, and Waffen SS both difficult, duplicitous, and wasteful. -
